Shipping Policy

  • Standard Shipping orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding Federal Holidays, depending on product availability. We cannot guarantee a date of arrival with our free ship option and orders typically take 1-7 business days to arrive once they have been processed and shipped out.

  • Additional processing, shipping time, and restrictions may apply for some products and locations, and during busy holiday seasons.

 

Order Tracking

Once you've placed an order with us (thank you!), you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and tracking details so that you may view the items ordered, shipping/billing information, and tracking once your order ships.

 

Express Shipping

For orders placed on Thursday with FedEx 2Day shipping, your package will arrive on the following Monday, as this service does not include weekend delivery.

Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out on the following Monday and arrive on Wednesday.

All express orders placed after 2pm ship the next business day and do not include weekend delivery.

 

Can you ship to my P.O. box?

Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes using USPS Priority.

 

Can you ship to my country?

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. Contact us at contact@Bangberry Beauty.com to locate an authorized international retailer of our products so that you can get them in your country.

It shows that my package was delivered but I do not have it, what do I do?

You will need to contact the carrier listed in your tracking email. When you call them please make sure you have the tracking number handy so they can look it up for you. They will be able to provide some more information about where it was delivered and can hopefully help you locate it. If the carrier is unable to locate your package, please email us directly at contact@Bangberry Beauty.com.

 

Return Policy

We're sorry you didn't love our goodies! Just send us an email at contact@Bangberry Beauty.com with your order number and we will happily come up with a solution for you. 

We will accept returns within 75 days of purchase for a refund if you are not completely satisfied with our products. To qualify, the returned product must be within the original product packaging. For cosmetic products: the returned product also must be unopened and unused to qualify for a return.

 

Please note that all customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees incurred for products sent back to Bangberry Beauty. Once we have initiated your return process via email at contact@bangberrycosmetics.com, we will provide you with our return address. (PRODUCT RETURNS SHOULD NOT BE SENT TO THE RETURN ADDRESS LISTED ON YOUR PACKAGE.)

 

Once the return is received and inspected, the refund is processed securely back to the original method of payment and may take up to 7-10 business days to complete, depend on your card's issuing bank.

 

Please note that we can only accept returns for products purchased through our website bangberrybeauty.com. Products purchased through an authorized retailer must be returned to the original place of purchase, in accordance with the retailer’s return policy. 

Cancellation Policy


In the event that you would like to cancel your order, please email us ASAP at contact@bangberrycosmetics.com. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order as it may have already shipped, in which case, we will work with you to submit your return once it arrives.

High Order Volume Processing & Shipping Delays

During periods when our store experiences a higher volume of orders than usual, customers should be aware that there may be potential delays in the processing and shipping of their purchases. In such instances:

  1. Order Processing: It may take up to an additional week beyond our regular processing time to prepare and send out your order.

  2. Shipping Delays: The delivery of your order may be delayed by an additional week beyond the expected delivery date.

By making a purchase from our website, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the possibility of these delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these times and will make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible.
